Project Description: Mixed-use office, retail, and residential urban redevelopment; Realized Core & Shell construction project, including: LEED Gold core & shell urban mixed-use redevelopment of a disused building site on Wencelas Square with ground floor retail, office and hotel above, with exclusive top floor apartments; redevelopment of a underutilized site in the core of the city center with adjacent metro; extensive sustainable characteristics including low energy consumption; ultra low water consumption; captured rainwater irrigation system; rooftop greenery and cafe; passive solar shading; zero parking; bicycle use infrastructure; recycled material content; high percentage of regionally produced material; sorted and reused demolition and construction waste; FSC-certified woods; and green power contract.
